SmartDry Account Verwijderen

Gebruikers kunnen op elk moment verzoeken om verwijdering van hun SmartDry account en bijbehorende persoonsgegevens.

Om uw account te laten verwijderen, kunt u een e-mail sturen naar:
smartdryapp@smartdry.nl

Vermeld hierbij:

• Het e-mailadres dat u gebruikt voor uw SmartDry account
• Onderwerp: “Account verwijderen verzoek”

Na verificatie worden persoonsgegevens verwijderd of geanonimiseerd binnen 30 dagen, tenzij wettelijke bewaarplichten gelden.

Het verwijderen van uw account betekent dat u permanent geen toegang meer heeft tot SmartDry diensten en opgeslagen apparaatgegevens.

Delete Your SmartDry Account

Users can request deletion of their SmartDry account and associated personal data at any time.

To request account deletion, please send an email to:
smartdryapp@smartdry.nl

Please include:

• The email address used for your SmartDry account
• Subject line: “Account Deletion Request”

After verification, personal data associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days unless retention is required by law or legitimate security obligations.

Deleting your account permanently removes access to SmartDry services and device data stored in the app.
